【 Main ingredients 】 Praziquantel

【 Character 】 This product is a white or almost white powder.

【 Pharmacological effects 】 Anti helminth drugs. Praziquantel can block glucose metabolism, damage the surface glycocalyx and alter its permeability, making it unable to adapt to non isotonic water environments, thereby causing damage to cortical, muscle, and parenchymal tissue cells. Praziquantel can also cause depolarization of the insect surface membrane, reduce the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the cortex, inhibit glucose uptake, and deplete endogenous glycogen. Praziquantel can also inhibit the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein in the insect, ultimately leading to death.
